Does anyone know where to get a Knitting Pattern for the Fonejacker Balaclava?

Question: It's for a fancy dress party and my mum said she will knit it for me but needs a Knitting pattern. Obviously I don't need an exact copy but anything similar would be good. Image here http://hitpointz.com/news/data/upimages/ ~phone.jpg

Answer: That one's machine knitted. I don't know if there would be a pattern for one so complicated, to make by hand.
