"I feel like I am on a shopping spree," Souza said, picking a red rain jacket and fluffy lined coat to go over a sweatshirt. She is disabled and Gowey has been job hunting for months, so they barely have enough money for essentials, let alone new clothes.

The hat is nicely lined with a smooth fleece and it stretches down well over the ears to stop the chill getting in. As for the gloves, they feel like they will fight the warmth around town, but I don't think these are built for extreme temperatures ...
