That means fashion conscious Fifi will only walk away with $280. That's when she used the dreaded "E" word - eBay. "The moment a consigner knows that you are excited about what they have, they want more money and if you're not going to give it to them, they're going to walk," Ambria said. That's when they came to a new agreement to sell the shoes for $800 and split the commission 50/50. Fifi happily agreed.
